Repositioning is one of my most gratifying services because of the

I'll do a thorough study of the market rents, square footage,
occupancies, advertising, curb appeal, models, and staff. Photos
will be included along with narratives detailing my market
observations from a consumer's point of view and of course, from
my professional perspective. The area economy will be reviewed and
any planned business expansions or reductions will be carefully
noted.
After I have completed my homework, I can them make
recommendations on the transformation of your asset's image and
positioning from an experienced and knowledgeable perspective. I
will detail my suggestions on curb appeal, signage, collateral
needs and the degree of improvement necessary to maximize your
property's rents and occupancy potential.
